The gypsum board appearance defect detection system can detect defects such as holes, pits, wrinkles, and bubbles on the upper and lower surfaces of the board, thus preventing grout leakage.

Function:

Hole detection
1. The accuracy is 1mm. Users can adjust the alarm hole area according to actual production needs. That is, an alarm will only be triggered if the hole area is larger than a certain area.
2. Images of holes and defects can be stored for more than one year and exported from the computer.

Positive Defects:
1. Defect types: pits, paper wrinkles, air bubbles.
2. Detection accuracy: When the defect protrudes 0.5mm above the gypsum board plane (adjustable) and its length (in the direction of gypsum board movement) is greater than 10mm (adjustable), the defect is recorded and bound to a reading code ID.

Negative defects:
1. Defect types: edge leakage; pits, paper wrinkles, air bubbles.
2. Inspection accuracy: Defects are marked when they protrude 0.5mm (adjustable) above the gypsum board plane and their length (in the direction of gypsum board movement) is greater than 10mm (adjustable).
3. Edge sealing defects: When the leakage of grout at the edge exceeds a certain length, the defect is recorded and bound to a reading code ID.
