The gypsum board vertical edge detection system automatically identifies the vertical edge angle. When a defect is detected, the system alarms and marks it.
Function:

1. Inspection content: Verticality of the vertical edge of the gypsum board.
2. Detection accuracy ±3 degrees. An alarm will be triggered when the detected angle exceeds the set range.
3. The LED display screen shows the angle of the vertical edge in real time.

Standing edge and rocking edge:
1. Install a vertical edge-shaking motor, which can be adjusted via buttons and is compatible with manual edge-shaking.
2. Automatic edge shaking is achieved by comparing the detected value of the standing edge angle with the target value; if the target value is not reached after multiple consecutive edge shakings, an alarm will be triggered for an extended period, requiring manual intervention.
