Function:

1. It can detect fiber filaments, loops, and clumps. Fiber filaments and clumps are counted as defects on a per-coil basis.
2. It can adapt to real-time changes in production line speed and meet the maximum production speed of 60 meters per minute;
3. Based on the number and type of defects, conduct an objective rating of each yarn bobbin from the inside out, and perform quality traceability.
4. You can query the quality status of all products dropped into the drum within a certain period based on dimensions such as production line, product type, and time. For example, the total number of defects, the number of various types of defects, and rating information are available.
