Steamed fiber yarns operate at speeds up to 350 meters per minute, making manual inspection impossible with the naked eye. Evaluation is limited to appearance after the raw yarn is unwound, making it impossible to track the quality of the internal filament bundles. Furthermore, timely and comprehensive feedback on the production status of each yarn path during winding is unavailable, leading only to reactive handling of anomalies. The steam-winding roller detection system, however, provides automated, high-speed detection, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of yarn wrapping, thereby improving production efficiency and eliminating safety hazards.
