Xi'an Huode has launched the "AI Detection System for Loom Weft Yarn" by adopting high-speed camera technology, real-time image processing technology, artificial intelligence technology, embedded vision technology and dust protection technology, which solves the problem of online visual detection of high-speed air-jet looms during the weaving process (1000 meters/minute).
This system consists of a "yarn defect AI detector" and a "workshop-level server," enabling real-time detection of weft yarn fuzz. Combined with the loom's APR (Automatic Removal and Repair) function, it automatically removes defective weft yarns without human intervention to ensure fabric quality. This equipment can meet the weft yarn inspection needs of various air-jet looms.
